At Ezekiel Finance, we are our customers’ advocates; we negotiate with the banks on your behalf for better interest rates, loan terms and conditions, as compared to a customer dealing with a bank directly.

You will receive dedicated time from us to discuss about your priorities and what you want to achieve from our meeting. Based on your situation, we will offer you solutions to suit your needs and guide you through the process of getting a loan for a property, business, equipment or a motor vehicle.

As MFAA approved finance brokers, we are paid a commission fee by the lenders for introducing our valued customers to them and we offer our professional services to you at no cost to you in most events. The commission that we receive is separate to your loan and does not make your loan more expensive through us.

In situations where the credit structures/applications are complex, we will communicate to you and provide an upfront quote on our credit advice services.

Founding Director, Ezekiel Sim

Ezekiel, the founding director of Ezekiel Finance, has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry. Having worked in the Big 4 Australian banks, he is highly skilled with capabilities to deliver innovative finance solutions for home owners, as well as business owners. His time in KPMG as a financial auditor also sets him apart from other financial advisers when it comes to understanding the Australian taxation system and the accounting elements of investment. Under Ezekiel’s leadership, our finance brokers are well equipped to structure holistic funding solutions for our customers to grow their property portfolio and their businesses. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Ezekiel graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He is a MFAA Approved Credit Adviser and holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Ezekiel is passionate about helping people and often finds himself offering investment strategies and solutions to new acquaintances who he meets in cafes or while shopping at Woolies.

Marketing and Communications Manager, Bartosz Cybulski

Bartosz has over 13 years of experience in the Marketing and Communications industry. Having the knowledge in branding small local businesses to large national companies, he uses his expertise to transform the traditional mortgage industry and to recreate the way we communicate with our customers. At Ezekiel Finance, every marketing material, business cards, signage, merchandise and stationary is carefully crafted to communicate a message to our customers. Our customers enjoy the revolutionary platform that we own, which offers enriching information and also breaks every barrier of communication in media channels between our customers and us.

On the weekends, Bartosz enjoys spending time with his young family and is looking forward to welcoming his second child in late 2017.

Customer Experience Executive, Kate Soo

Kate has over 11 years of experience in the customer service and administration industry. She strives to meet our clients’ basic needs and also create an experience where seeking finance becomes a memorable event for our customers. Under her care, our clients receive personalised attention from the customer on boarding stage, right through to settlements and beyond. At Ezekiel Finance, every customer encounter is important to our team and Kate aims to make that experience a special one. The cultural framework and tone set by her gives our company the edge to differentiate ourselves from traditional mortgage brokers and relationship bankers. Kate graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources and Marketing.

In her spare time, Kate often finds herself amongst a heap of fabric while she works on perfecting her skills in dressmaking.
